
The values we embrace at Flourish Asia and our parent company the Centre for Stress Management guide us in our daily intentions and behaviours to ensure a seamless experience of genuine caring and continuous growth. The selection of our eight core values are humanistic, growth minded, team-based and civil that provide our clients a safe and comfortable space for reflection, insight and growth. Our values are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure there is congruence with our purpose statement as a wellness centre and our daily purposeful behaviours that strengthens our resilience and perseverance with each and every client we collaborate with on their wellness journey.
Our Social Responsibility is centred around the value of community, and where possible, we support the various community programs that enhance emotional well-being, clean air and beaches, recycling and a more green environment, connecting with new members of the community, and generating ideas for family resilience and business growth. Our Social Responsibility values also maintains an active curiosity with our local policies on recycling, smart purchases that do not harm the planet, and "greening" work spaces and planting trees and ideas for future generations.
Our Mission Statement states: "From the beginning, our mission has been to make mental health services affordable and accessible for our community. Today the world is turning more towards neuroscience to improve the quality of life and at Flourish Asia amd Centre for Stress Management we continually learn from neuroscience to enhance our four core services: counselling, coaching, consulting, and training. We consider it a privilege and honour when our clients seek services from us, and as our understanding of wellness continues to evolve, we shall continually strive to go from great to better with our services." Our Vision at the Centre for Stress Management and Flourish Asia is to play a key role in developing mental health/wellness services as a core element for all citizens in businesses, schools, religious centres, healthcare organizations, and the community at large.

Our Duty to Care is a humanistic, compassionate and responsive set of processes to ensure that our clients who are at risk for self harm and or harm to others receive the care they need. When working with children and teens, we shall ensure that the respective parent/caretaker has been communicated with in a timely manner to activate a series of mental health well-being steps to ensure the safety of that child and or teen. With adults, our Duty to Care requires us to provide resources and healthcare options for our adult clients to ascertain the proper care and attention their issues require. We strive to have our clients make a commitment to counselling and or medical support services as an important step in restoring one's well-being when risk to harm is a concern.
